Recently, we had the honor of watching life come full circle for a client who is no stranger to the Photography by Sean Ponder family.

It all started years ago, when we first photographed Kamaria's high school senior pictures. Then came her 18th birthday session. Later, we captured her in undergrad when she became a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Now we are photographing another amazing milestone, as she receives her Master's degree from Louisiana State University. We are honored to commemorate another monumental moment in her life, as she steps into this new chapter of her journey.

What makes this even more special is the relationship behind the lens. Kamaria's mother, who is my wife’s sorority sister, entrusted us years ago to document Kamaria's accomplishments. That continued trust is something we never take lightly.

Photography has always meant more to us than simply taking pictures. These are memories frozen in time. They are visual reminders of achievement, legacy, and purpose. Every session becomes part of a story that deserves to be remembered long after the occasion has passed. We are grateful every time someone allows Photography by Sean Ponder to capture their life in photographs.
