Special Feature... True Life Sports

The TEAM at Photography by Sean Ponder recently had the opportunity to work with Coach Gary Barnes, Founder of True Life Sports, a non-profit organization created to help develop strong, athletic and productive kids in mind, body and spirit through focused training, discipline, mentoring and team-building.

Gary is very passionate about leadership and helping every young man that comes through his organization be the best they can be, and to place them on the road to achieving their lifelong goals and success, he also partners with other programs and leaders throughout the Middle Tennessee area who share his vision for achievement and mentorship. One such program is the National Playmakers Academy (NPA). Through these partnerships, Gary seeks to build a support system that caters to the specific needs of the athletes. Whether they are participating in sports as an outlet to stay active and in shape, or if they are looking toward college scholarship qualification, he has a strategic plan to help your child get to the next level.

True Life Sports offers membership opportunities for the serious athlete and offers a range of training options from football conditioning, speed and skill training, 7 on 7 skills training and competition teams, basketball skills training and competition teams, and track & field conditioning, speed and strength training and competition teams. He encourages consistency, technique and speed training in EVERY sport as part of his formula for producing winners.
